First of all, you’ve probably already seen on Twitter where Frendors comes from and what the idea behind this project is. You’ll definitely find out more if you read below. In short, Frendors is about the future, community, art, and evolution, all combined. Or rather, nostalgia. Why do I say this? Because most of us were very excited at the beginning of the NFT era in 2020-21. Those beautiful moments when you were delighted to own a monkey. By the way, we also have monkeys in the collection, I think there are around 45 of them. Just imagine seeing them evolve. More pixels; more art, more art; more power.
We did some research before finalizing the character, and we put a lot of thought into how it should look. We concluded that the character should first and foremost look at you, so that it can somehow convey an emotion. Secondly, we designed the pixels to be as large as possible while being well-optimized and detailed, down to the smallest details and shadows.
Next, the character was supposed to look more like a child because the Genesis Frendors collection consists of 2222 NFTs, and those who own them will be able to evolve through another mint with double characters, meaning 160x2=320+ pixels. The collection that will serve as the basis for evolution consists of 10,000 NFTs and will be there after we have already built a community we can be proud of.
These are just details we need to go through for you to understand what we want to do in the future. Our main goal is to build a community that will contribute to the next NFT market cycle, even in the smallest possible way, no matter how significant it may be. We want NFT collectors to enjoy a clean and unique pixel, with distinctive characters and unique attributes, but at the same time, very simple and minimalist, created by an anonymous artist from the NFT space.
This is just an informative medium with some details about what we aim to do with this project, and since we are at the beginning, we have decided to open up the minting process and look for the right individuals to join our community. Therefore, minting is open on FCFS basis until sold out, and after that, the adventure will begin. We believe that if people appreciate the art we have and what we want to accomplish, they will stay, so you will instantly find out what you have minted, there is no “unrevealed” image.
We thank Bueno for the professionalism they have shown on the technical side, considering that we have a lot of rules regarding the attributes in the collection, with attributes that do not overlap. Everything was very easy to adjust.
