NFTSociety built the backbone and core utility before developing the Daonnaki mint. These core utilities were developed to show the potential investorswhat the core team can do! Users can register/login on the platform only by connecting their wallet.

Wallet login was designed & developed with the highest security level! The NFTsociety platform requires users to only “sign in” with their wallet to confirm ownership. Using only a sign-in function on the website has been developed so that all elements of the website can be accessed using only READ ONLY access.

The read only access is required to enable the platform to identify NFTs in the wallet to provide some of the core features of the platform such as voting power and token gated access.

The platform DOES NOT require full access to the wallet (similar to opensea for example) therefore your wallet is SAFE! Upon signing in there is no transactions or approval rights needed for the platform to perform its core features! The development team built the platform login with the user’s safety & security as their MAIN priority!

User Verification (premium User)

Users can verify their profile on NFT society by paying a one-time fee of 0.005 ETH. Note that a transaction through your wallet is required for this function. Verified users (premium users) unlock additional functionality in the platform.

• User Balance (the balance that the user currently has) — You can deposit funds in your virtual balance to verify your profile, buy project tokens & participate in Paid Raffles.
• Withdrawable Balance — The balance you can withdraw from your account. You can get a withdrawable balance by organizing Paid Entry Giveaways and receive the funds from all entries minus platform fees. Please note that NFTsociety is an escrow between giveaway organizers and participants so all withdrawable balance is manually approved by a team member in order to ensure that the reward was sent & the participants have not been scammed. Once everything is confirmed by the team, the organizers receive the entry fees in their wallet!

Deposit should take up to a few minutes to process and show on the platform. Please note that in order to receive funds in your account you need to deposit from the same account address! If you deposit from a different account address (i.e. exchange hot wallet) your deposit will not be reflected and you will need to contact support to resolve the issue!

Collection Registration

Collections can register on the platform by signing in with the owner’s wallet and adding the collection. Please note that NFTsociety checks the owner address of the collection in etherscan to allow the collection to be added avoiding unauthorized users from adding collections.

In order for a collection to be added, the owner needs to submit the following information

• Cover Image- 1600x510 and max size 5mb
• Profile Image- 300x300 and max size 5mb
• Collection Name- The name of the NFT collection
• Short Description- Short Summary of the project
• Minimum NFTs for holders to add suggestion — How many NFTs required for a holder to submit a suggestion
• Maximum Voting Power- The maximum voting power a holder can have. Use this if you want to restrict the whales from having too much power.
• Collection Supply — What is the maximum supply of the collection
• Website/Opensea/Twitter/Discord — Official Links
• Collection URL — The collection unique URL (i.e. https://nftsociety.io/collection/your-unique-link
• Has the collection launched — If the collection has already launched and the contract has been deployed the contract address is required. If it has not launched you need to add thelaunch date and it will be placed in the upcoming collections section.
• Publicity — Public/Private — If the collection is public it is accessible by every user. If it is private only holders can see polls and votes.
• Visibility- If you want the collection to be listed on the NFTSociety collection page.

Alternatively, a collection can be added by a holder of a collection. A Holder can request the collection to be added. The team will review the request and verify that the holder has an NFT from the collection and add the collection in the listing. However, only the owner of the collection can add polls/approve suggestions/add team members.

User Voting

If you are a holder of a collection you can vote in the polls organized by the team. If you recently bought more NFTs from the collection we have included a “refresh” button to re-check the number of NFTs you hold from the collection.

Holders can vote in polls based on the number of NFTs they hold.

Please note that Collection Owners can restrict the maximum voting power holders can have to avoid decisions to be taken only by whales.

Users can see against each option the number of votes and the amount of voting power. In the example, we have 33 Holders who have in total 508 Power (NFTs) choosing option A and 34 Holders with total 734 voting power choosing option B, therefore the winning option is B!

Also users can see the users and their corresponding vote

The DAO is made off-chain to save transaction costs, however it is fully transparent & all votes are accountable!

Adding a Suggestion

Holders of collection can add a suggestion.

Please note that each suggestion goes to the team and needs to be approved in order to appear in the suggestion tab.

In order to submit a suggestion, users need to include the Title, Description, Benefits and Cost of the suggestion.

NFT reservations

NFT reservations allows users to reserve their NFT before the mint, guaranteeing them the NFTs! The wallet of the user and the corresponding amount of reserved NFTs will be included in the smart contract upon deployment! This implies that only the user can mint these NFTs and they can avoid gas wars upon mint and mint their NFT at their convenience! In addition, reservation gets users a lower mint price!

In order to reserve an NFT users need to deposit funds in their virtual balance.

In order to claim their reserved NFTs the project will provide a claim link where users can mint their NFTs by only paying gas! The benefit is that users can choose a time when the gas is low and not spend unnecessary funds on expensive gas!

Organizing a giveaway yourself

Step 1 — Giveaway Settings

The platform allows any verified user to host their own giveaway!

In order to create a giveaway, you will need to fill in the following information:

Giveaway Image- What are you giving away? If you don’t add an image we will put a default image based on the type of the giveaway! However, we encourage users to add an image of what they are giving away to make it more attractive.

Giveaway Title- The Title of the giveaway — i.e. Ugly Duck #1234

Connect to your Collection — If you are a team member you can connect to a collection

Minimum Entries to draw a winner- How many participants you need to pick a winner. If the requirement is not met the giveaway is void. If it is a paid giveaway all entries are automatically returned to the user virtual balance.

Value — The $ value of the giveaway

Giveaway Draw Date- When the giveaway will be drawn. Please note that the system will draw the winner automatically! Therefore, the organizer cannot manipulate the draw result using our built in randomiser! The randomiser is totally impartial and does not take into account any external factors such as social engagement.

Short description- Short Description of the giveaway

Giveaway Reward Type- The platform offers few giveaway Reward Types

• NFT Rewards — You can add multiple NFT rewards (up to 10) and have multiple winners for each giveaway
• ETH Rewards — You can add multiple ETH rewards. In order to create an ETH reward you need to have the ETH in your virtual balance! This ensures that the winner will receive the reward. If you put conditions for a minimum participants and it is not met you will receive back the ETH in your virtual balance.
• Whitelist Giveaways- You can set between 1–100 whitelist spots as a reward for the participants.

Giveaway Entry Type — The platform offers two types of entry

• Free Entry — No entry fee for participants.
• Paid Entry- Users have to pay entry fee specified by the user organizing theraffle. When the raffle is .When the paid raffle is completed the entry fees are taken, the winner is creditted with the winning NFT or funds and is able to request to withdraw their funds, The platform takes 2.5% of the total funds. Note that if the person is hosting an ETH raffle and the amount collected exceeds the giveaway amount the raffle host will be credited with those funds.

Step 2 — Rewards

For NFT/ETH giveaways

Add rewards

Users need to submit an image, name, collection address , NFT number, value and Marketplace URL for the NFT reward they are preparing . You can add up to 10 NFT giveaways.

For ETH giveaways you need to add the ETH amount that participants can win

Step 3 — Conditions

In this section you can add twitter conditions such as following a specific twitter account or specific tweet conditions (like/retweet)

Based on what you chose, the platform will generate an example (template) of a tweet.

Users are free to edit it, however after the tweet is public users need to add the tweet ID or link so the platform can track it!

Step 4- Finalize

In the last step the user needs to finalize the giveaway, allowing other users to participate!

Step 5 — Draw

After the raffle/giveaway has started a winner will be picked automatically and draw the winner. If the organiser would like to draw a winner quicker than the time specified it is possible to draw manually. Drawing manually will override the timer but will still randomise the winner.

Step 6- Send Reward

After the draw is completed the organiser will need to send the rewards if it is an NFT. If the reward type is in ETH it will be sent automatically. If the reward is WL, the user can download the CSV of all addresses that won the giveaway.

After submitting the transaction ID, it will be shown on the public giveaway page for full transparency.

Step 7- Tweet The winners

If the organizer wishes, there is an option to tweet the winners!

After successfully adding & activating a collection, owners unlock unique features!

Team

Owners can provide access to other team members to help them manage the collection. In order to provide access you will need the wallet address, the role, the type of access and additional info about the role.

Team members need to accept the invitation to start managing!

Polls Admin

Admin users can view polls & add new polls.

To create a new poll, users need to place Poll Image, Poll Title, Poll end date and Description of what is being voted.

Each Poll can be private or public. If it is private only holders can view it. If it is public any users on the platform can see what is being voted on.

After a poll is added, the admin needs to add the options.

The admin can also view all votes

Suggestions Admin

When holders submit suggestions, project admins need to approve them before they become public. The goal of this is to avoid spam or irrelevant suggestions being posted (i.e. let’s build a metaverse but the metaverse costs 500k to build with the collection treasury being 20k for instance).

The admin can see the likes and also write a response to the suggestions.

If the suggestions are accepted & approved, it can be marked as done for full transparency. Like these potential holders can see the progress of the project.

Twitter (activity score) admin

In order to add activity points to the holders of your collection you will need to add each tweet ID of your collection manually to see how much engagement it has.

Roadmap Admin

Collection admins can add a roadmap for their project and edit it in real time! Admin users can add milestones with title, expected completion, description and mark if it is completed or not!

Allow List Configuration & Admin

Collection owners can activate the allow list features by setting up the following configuration.

• Allow list limit — The spots available
• Mint Cost — Mint Price
• Minimum user balance — The amount of ETH the user needs to have to apply for the allow list. This avoids having bots apply for the allow list.
• Status — Active/Inactive
• Short Info- info about the mint

After the allow list is live, users can apply!

New applications appear in a list where admin users can approve or decline them

Admins can also use the Auto Approve option if they wish to select winners based on raffle principle

Finally, the admin needs to finalize the list before the mint.

Referrals Admin

Admin users can activate the referral section for their collection.

Each user will be able to generate their own referral link. The admins can view the statistics of each link by viewing total Visits and Signups!

You can set bounties for each signup that users bring!
